OZZO is not currently accepting orders while the pet-care range is being validated.

When checkout opens, each fulfilled order will receive a tracking link by email. Until a self-service tracking tool is verified, customers can use the contact page and provide:

• the order number;
• the email address used at checkout; and
• the delivery postcode.

For privacy, do not send full card details or passwords.
