OZZO terms of service

These terms apply when you browse OZZO or place an order. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery estimates may change as supplier information is updated.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. OZZO may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, a price or listing error is found, payment cannot be authorized, or fulfillment cannot be completed. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to use products only as described. Product pages may include compatibility notes, usage instructions, and limitations that should be read before purchase.

Shopify processes checkout and payment. The shipping policy, returns policy, and privacy policy form part of these terms. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
